Process
Our quality control process doesn't just end at ensuring best quality mixing. At the extrusion stage, the dimensional standard of the product is ensured. We understand that the extrusion process is very volatile and the temperature and viscosity of the product do make a lot of difference. So these two variables are thoroughly monitored by putting to use the technology of online straining.
Output
After ensuring that the products are 100% free from foreign products, they are weighed online for proper quality of the product. Once the output is ready, it is finally tested against some stringent quality norms before its ready for distribution.
